Like many of the other destination developments in Dubai, Motor City aims to provide a unique fusion of residential and commercial opportunities. A year-round destination for motor sports fans, the area is home to the Dubai Autodrome, which hosts major events such as the FIA GT. Located on the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Motor City offers interested tenants the choice between family villas, townhouses, bungalows in Green Community and even apartments in the UPTOWN area. Like most destination developments, Motor City also offers complete community facilities in the area from schools, retail outlets and recreational amenities. 

Dubai’s legendary landmarks at Dubai Marina and Mall Of The Emirates are 20 minutes drive, and the airport is 30 minutes.

The Business Park offers several investment opportunities for companies that are directly or indirectly related to the automotive and motor sport industries and both provides options for any commercial activity with several buildings housing offices and premises for retail units and showrooms.

There is a very large Spinneys supermarket as well as a good selection of retailers, banks, pharmacies and opticians. Coffee shops and restaurants are plentiful as well as fast food outlets. Although there are no licensed restaurants or bars in Motor City there is a lively street cafe atmosphere at night and a good variety of places to eat, with licensed restaurants situated nearby in the Arabian Ranches and the Polo Club.
