Oceana Residences is a gated community consisting of seven apartment buildings located on the "trunk" of Palm Jumeirah Island.

Location

The very location on the Palm Jumeirah is already the key to success for any real estate unit in Dubai, since the man-made Palm island is known as one of the few most prestigious areas of the city. In total, the project has 644 housing units, among which there are two- to three bedroom apartments and luxurious penthouses.

Infrastructure

Among the amenities traditional for this level community, there are access to a private beach with sun beds, umbrellas and everything necessary for recreation, two swimming pools on the territory, an infinity pool and separate children's pool, a children's play area, three restaurants, and a fitness club. Oceana is a community with already established serene beachfront luxurious lifestyle. It was completed in 2009 and since then the territory of the complex has acquired all the features of the well-developed living area.
