Oceana Residences is a gated community consisting of seven apartment buildings located on the "trunk" of Palm Jumeirah Island.

Developer: Seven Tides

Status: completed (2009)

The very location on the Palm Jumeirah is already the key to success for any real estate unit in Dubai, since the man-made Palm island is known as one of the few most prestigious areas of the city. But location in the upper left part of the "trunk" near the point, where fronds start to "branch", has its own additional advantages.

Firstly, it’s a solution to the traffic jams problem — from here you can reach the "mainland" as quickly as possible. Secondly, it’s well developed infrastructure in place. And thirdly, it's the proximity to the main social and cultural centers of island life: the main shopping center Nakheel Mall, fashionable brand stores collection at the Golden Mile Galleria, as well as the adjacent Palm Jumeirah Park, several spa centers, a pharmacy and even the school of arts and dance Mozart Training Center, as well as Melodica Music Center - Palm music school.

Real Estate

Reflecting the marine theme in the project’s design, 13-storey buildings bear the names of the seas and oceans: Adriatic, Pacific, Caribbean, Atlantic, Aegean, Baltic and Southern. In total, the project has 644 housing units, among which there are two- to three bedroom apartments and luxurious penthouses.

Among the amenities traditional for this level community, there are access to a private beach with sun beds, umbrellas and everything necessary for recreation, two swimming pools on the territory, an infinity pool and separate children's pool, a children's play area, three restaurants, and a fitness club. Oceana is a community with already established serene beachfront luxurious lifestyle. It was completed in 2009 and since then the territory of the complex has acquired all the features of the well-developed living area.
