Bahar is one of 6 new modern residential clusters located in the prestigious Dubai’s area​​ JBR, close to all major central Dubai attractions. It includes 7 residential buildings up to 46 storeys in height.

Along with five other similar projects — Shams, Amwaj, Rimal, Sadaf and Murjan, Bahar combines both high-end residential apartments and premium hotel suites. Location and Attractions

The Marina Walk and The Walk JBR promenades, the unique Skydive Dubai sky club, the Montgomerie and Emirates golf clubs are all situated within walking distance from the Bahar residences; and soon the world's tallest Ferris wheel, a 210-meter Ain Dubai will start going round just in front of the complex on the Bluewaters Island.
