Sobha Hartland

Sobha Hartland is a master-development within Mohammad bin Rashid City which has several components including luxury villas, low-rise condominium developments, commercial buildings and a Sobha managed school. Launched in 2014, the project is currently under-construction and will be delivered in phases.

There are several components within Sobha Hartland which will be developed in phases.

Luxury Villas & Townhouses launched in July 2014 was Sobha Developers' second luxury villa project in Mohammad bin Rashid City. Besides the villas, the master-plan for Sobha Hartland will eventually have condominiums, hotels, schools and retail areas. This 282 unit project contains 4, 5 and 6 bedroom luxury villas — some of the largest freehold villas in Dubai. Launch prices start from AED 2,000 psf. Homes have been designed with a lot of care and thought and are quite different from other luxury villas in the emirate.

Low-rise Apartment Complex is another luxury apartments community here, launched in September 2014. Buildings will comprise studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments as well as 2 & 3 bedroom duplexes. Launch prices start from AED 1,500 - 1,600 per sq ft. A total of 16 low-rise apartment buildings are planned.

Sobha Schools: the developer has announced that the first school within Sobha Hartland will be operational for the school year 2016 - 2017. An advertisement in Gulf News invited prospective parents to visit the head of the school.

Other provisions in the master-plan
