While market experts say rental burden on Dubai’s tenants is losing part of its weight and rentals are actually getting more affordable, tenants themselves often face the situation, when apartment for rent can cost more than the whole year’s salary of a low-income earner.

In addition, almost everywhere in Dubai (except for the ultra-luxury locations), you can bargain and get yourself more favorable lease terms.

“There are a growing number of landlords willing to accept rental payments in multiple cheques,” Cluttons said in its latest report.

  2. International City: 30,000 to 36,000 AED per annum.
  3. Gardens: 34,000 to 42,000 AED per annum.
  4. International Media Production Zone (IMPZ): 35,000 to 43,000 AED per annum.
  5. Central Business District ( International City): 36,000 to 44,000 AED per annum.
  6. Discovery Gardens: 38,000 to 46,000 AED per annum.
  7. Dubai Silicon Oasis: 38,000 to 46,000 AED per annum.
  8. Dubai Sports City: 42,000 to 52,000 AED per annum.
  9. Green Community (DIP): 42,000 to 52,000 AED per annum.
  10. Jumeirah Village: 43,000 to 53,000 AED per annum.
