According to the listing (dated: December 24), the landlord claims renting the apartments, 1,250 square feet in size, could effectively result in savings of up to 80% for the renter.
The apartments will have either full view of the fountain, or the sea and have a reception area, a semi-closed kitchen plan, where bedrooms have an on-suite bath. The renter will have access to fitness facilities, room service (limited hours), cable television service, complimentary toiletries and housekeeping services, says the listing.
A number of landlords have been renting out their units on short-term basis since it fetches them nearly thrice the rent compared to signing a 12-month rental contract.
