Cayan Group reaches first important milestone in construction of its new real estate project on Umm Sequiem Road in Dubai.
Interesting projects combining hospitality and residential components keep mushrooming in different price segments of the Dubai's real estate market. Saudi developer Cayan Group first entering Dubai hospitality/residential territory with its new project Cayan Cantara says the development is being completed right on schedule evoking great interest among potential investors.
Last November Shapoorji Pallonji was selected as the general contractor for the project, and now it reports having competed the most important and labor-intensive part of the project’s implementation, including excavation, piling and shorting works, as well as the raft foundation, along with all the immediate services that come along with it. The total area of the two buildings is 153,290 sq.m. The residential segment of the project will include 700 units — from studios to three-bedroom apartments and penthouses. The infrastructure of the complex will include restaurants, retail units, a spa and a gym, a lounge zone and a meeting room.
