Damac to launch Bugatti-branded villa sales

Dubai developer Damac Properties to put up  luxury villas under Bugatti brand for sale in its Akoya Oxygen development in Dubai.

Bugatti brand will no more be associated only with expensive sports cars. Last week Dubai master developer Damac announced its luxury property project ETTORE 971 Bugatti Styled Villas.

The whole project, as expected, will be presented at Cityscape Global trade show tomorrow, September 8, but for now Damac has revealed some features, which could bring exhibition visitors’ special attention to ETTORE 971 project. This villas community was named after the founder of the world famous sports cars brand Ettore Bugatti, and the number 971 in the title corresponds to the UAE international dialing code.

ETTORE 971 will be located in popular Dubai area of Akoya Oxygen overlooking the golf course in Trump World Golf Club. Seven bedrooms villas design was inspired by unique Bugatti cars curves and the brand concept itself. A separate room with glass panels through to the living quarters occupies the central part of the house, where the owner of the property will be able to display and admire his favorite sports car. Thus, this villa concept is firstly aimed at Bugatti brand fans and connoisseurs of this car brand’s history.

The minimum starting price for Bugatti-branded villas in ETTORE 971 will be USD 9.8 million.

“We know that many of our loyal customers are huge fans of the Bugatti super sports car brand and the opportunity to live in the world’s first villas styled in Bugatti’s design language featuring key codes of the brand’s DNA is a unique opportunity to experience this fantastic brand in a whole new way,” said Ziad El Chaar, managing director of Damac Properties.

“The added touch of being able to see your car from many areas of the living quarters adds to the immersive design incorporated throughout these truly luxurious homes,” he added.
