Cityscape Global organizers determined the circle of issues for discussion at the upcoming conference before Cityscape Global opening in Dubai.

Dubai begins preparations for Cityscape Global, the main event of the real estate industry in advance. Key participants of the conference, which will take place a day before the exhibition opening, on September 7 in Dubai, have already identified the main range of issues for discussion.

Dubai affordable housing segment expansion, improving facilities management structure and the need for advanced brokers educating in the field of regulations — all these questions will be discussed during round tables and presentations by leading real estate professionals in the Middle East, including all the major developers in Dubai and representatives of leading analytical agencies.

Craig Plumb, head of the research department at JLL MENA, said that the agency's report at the conference will focus on affordable housing sector expansion, while senior representatives of the Dubai Land Department promised to present a unique information about the pace of urbanization in Dubai in recent years and the role of innovations for the future development of construction industry in the UAE.

YouGov, the event analytical partner, will present its global report on the general state of the real estate market in the UAE and will focus on the main types of investors and end buyers and their role in market development.

In addition, conference attendants will also talk about facilities management downsides, for this system is still poorly developed in the UAE, but is improving fast.

Cityscape Global, which will be held in Dubai on September 8-10, will host nearly 300 participants from 30 different countries. IMEX Real Estate will also participate again in this major event of the Dubai real estate industry.
