Dubai Properties began construction of an exclusive 1/JBR tower

Dubai developer laid the foundation for a 46-storey tower at the entrance to Jumeirah Beach Residence in Dubai.

An exclusive project of a new 1/JBR residential complex presented by Dubai Properties at a Cityscape Global exhibition in September last year started taking real shape.

The developer, which is a division of a larger Dubai Holding, said in a statement that the design for the project has been completed, all permits for construction received, and now the first stone can be laid in the foundation of this complex.

Five-bedroom penthouses with panoramic sea views will be the main attraction for investors in 1/JBR project, situated at the entrance to the Jumeirah Beach Residencе community. Two to four bedroom apartments will also be put for sale in this complex, the developer has revealed. Besides, a unique tower’s glass facade allows enjoying an unlimited view from all the apartments in this residential tower.

No more than three to four residences will be set per each elevator lobby in the building, the developer also said in a statement. And residents of penthouses will have an exclusive access to the elevators from the two highest floors of the building. Selected residences include provision upgrades for private pools, and the rest of apartments boast spacious outdoor terraces.

1/JBR is planned for completion in early 2019.

Prices for residential units in 1/JBR haven’t yet been revealed, but according to experts’ estimates, this kind of Dubai luxury properties is the most affordable in the world, also providing the highest return on investments.
