Ellington Group unveils its next affordable luxury real estate project in JVC

Eaton Place will be the second apartment complex constructed by Ellington in the JVC area of ​​Dubai.

To cater to demands of the middle-income buyers for a fairly spacious, high-quality housing in the "affordable luxury" segment experts from Ellington Group, a subsidiary of the Dubai real estate giant Emaar, had undertaken an extensive research and planning to bring the concept of Eaton Place in Dubai's prestigious area of Jumeirah Village Circle.
