Emaar to launch luxury property sales in Dubai Creek Harbour
Luxury apartments and villas are set for sale in the Harbour Views residential development by Emaar.

One of the largest Dubai developers Emaar Properties has announced the launch of international property sales in its Harbour Views luxury development set by Dubai Creek.

Sales began simultaneously in three cities — Dubai, New Delhi and Karachi, and units are sold on the first come first served basis.

A two-tower luxury development Harbour Views will be the tallest residential project in The Island District, which is part of a larger ​​Dubai Creek Harbour area.

A total of 750 one, two and three bedroom luxury apartments are set for sale. 14 two-storey villas with private entrances and parkings are also available.

Dubai Creek Harbour, which is three times the size of the Dubai’s central district Downtown Dubai, extends for 6 kilometers along the coastline of Dubai Creek Harbour and combines all the advantages of the urban residential development to the natural beauty of the picturesque harbour.

The Island District itself is bordered with a 4.5-kilometer Creek Boardwalk on one side and the verdant park on the other. Among the amenities for the residents at Harbour Views there are facilities usual for luxury residential complex: a swimming pool, a gym and shopping facilities together with grocery stores are situated in the podium and ground levels of the development.
