The Onyx is a mixed-use, three-tower project being built next to Emaar Business Park in front of The Greens residential development.

Ishraqah for Development, the company behind the $354 million The Onyx project, is set to begin sales for one of the project's towers next month, Arabian Business reported.

The Onyx is a mixed-use, three-tower project being built next to Emaar Business Park in front of The Greens residential development.

Tower one is a 14-storey commercial building with ground floor retail units, tower two is a 24-storey building containing ground floor retail, ten floors of offices and 13 upper floors of residential units. Tower 3 contains a 210-bed, four-star hotel.

The apartments are one-, two- and three-bed units ranging in size from 780 to 2,900 sq ft and will go on sale on March 15.
