Dubai’s master developer Emaar has officially introduced a new gated elite residential community Beach Vista on a small manmade island next to Palm Jumeirah entry.
Emaar Beachfront is a new project at the very entry to the Palm Jumeirah, but on a secluded elite, almost individual island, where the Beach Vista twin towers are about to rise soon with a 1.5-kilometer-long gated private beach expanding next to them. Off-plan premium apartments in the Beach Vista are already available for purchase.
Emaar Beachfront is situated on a small island in the Arabian Gulf, where residents of new residential complex will be able to plunge into the atmosphere of the American Miami.
