The interest of young families to the comfortable villas by Damac in the heart of the green, golf-oriented Akoya Oxygen community allowed launching Phase 2 ahead of schedule.

Damac seems to have firmly grabbed the interest of young active professionals under 35 age group with its new Akoya Imagine villas project. It is this category of buyers and their families, the project is oriented at. And the count was quite right. Representatives of 26 different countries and nationalities, ranging from Middle East to Asia and from Europe to America, snapped up all the colorful and modern villas offered for sale in Akoya Oxygen Phase I in just two weeks after the sales start.

Therefore, Phase II villa sales are now ready to start, anticipating great demand.

The second set of villas to be put for sale includes three-bedroom houses of modern design and with exterior part decorated with bright panels giving the entire community a vivid and dynamic appearance. The cost of these villas will start from USD 326,713 (AED 1.2 million).

Another point of attraction for buyers in this project will be the scheme of payments. Payments can be spread over three years, and, moreover, during the first five years you’ll have a privilege of not paying service charges — Damac will take on those expenses.

Sales of Akoya Imagine Second Phase units will start July 30 and will be held for only one day at Jumeirah Emirates Towers on the first-come-first-served basis.

Damac Managing Director Ziad El Chaar also noted high investment attractiveness of these villas. A villa in Dubai is a good investment bringing high long-term income due to its capital growth alone. Therefore such villa communities, where not only houses, but entire lifestyle is sold, including good infrastructure, or, perhaps, an access to the seashore like on Palm Jumeirah, or the green landscape of the golf courses like in Emirates Living or Akoya Imagine, “proved to consistently yield higher returns than a purely residential one and there is a limited supply of such properties in Dubai”, El Chaar added.
