New project takes green focus

The Sobha Hartland residential complex will be located within the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City and comprise 282 villas in addition to mid and high-rise apartments; the project is set to be ready by 2016. Sobha Developers have launched a new mixed-use development within the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City - located just three kilometres from Burj Khalifa, Emirates 24/7 reported.
A family-oriented community, the development will see over 30% of the 185-acre project dedicated to green living. Luxury homes are now available for sale. The Sobha Hartland residential complex will comprise of 282 L-shaped villas in addition to mid and high-rise apartments with a focus on space. The freehold properties are designed to meet a wide variety of needs with choices of four, five and six-bedroom Signature villas. Meanwhile, the low-rise garden apartments will range from studios to three-bedroom duplexes. The villas are set to be ready by late 2016.
