Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Lake Towers enjoy the highest interest among property tenants in Dubai, while the Arabian Ranches and The Springs are the hottest spots for potential villa renters. Such data was revealed in the latest report by analytical company Propetyfinder Group.

A popular real estate portal Propertfinder collected data on 10 Dubai districts, where the website visitors searched for rents most often.

According to search results, total potential rent options searchers in Dubai are up 29 percent year-on-year, the report said.

Most often people are looking for an apartment to rent out in such areas as Dubai Marina (14.26% search enquiries), Jumeirah Lake Towers (6.10%), Downtown Dubai (5.6%) and Business Bay (5.08%).

The Springs (11.34% search enquiries), Arabian Ranches (9.98%), Mirdif (9.66%) and Al Barsha (6.66%) are most preferred by those, wishing to rent a villa.

And finally, Dubai Land is recognized as the most affordable area for renting apartments in Dubai, according to the analysis results. Since November 2016, there has been a constant and rapid growth of tenants' interest towards this residential community. The reason is in handover of a big number of new quality housing units with convenient infrastructure in the area.

And lastly, the most expensive Dubai area to rent property in is Downtown Dubai, which, nevertheless, continually attracts new tenants with its undoubted advantages of the central district.
