Dubai-based developer Union Properties presented the big-scale AED2.5bn worth district within Motor City, Dubai.

The first residential community within the development, 313 Avenue, will have 67 studios, 156 one-bedroom and 166 two-bedroom apartments in several low rise buildings, as well as a 52,000sqft shopping centre on the ground level.
The development will be conveniently located between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Al Qudra Road that feeds onto Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) via Umm Suqeim Street, for access to Dubai International Airport and Dubai Expo 2020 and providing the district’s inhabitants easy access to other parts of Dubai.
The district will have quite uniquely designed Rubik tower, featuring a mixture of apartments, a fitness centre and swimming pool, and also a 10,000sqft BMW and MINI showroom and workshop with sustainable technologies in use and special materials being utilized to reduce energy consumption and emissions, as well as incorporate recycling methods.

In September 2017 Union Properties announced a new AED8bn ($2.18bn) master plan for Dubai Motor City further development, having in mind to construct 18,000 more property units in total across 44 high and low rise buildings, as well as 150 villas together with commercial, entertainment and hospitality facilities on site.
The whole district is expected to include 11,500 residential units, 3,000 serviced apartments, 3,500 hotel rooms, 46,000 square metres of retail space and more than 300,000 square metres of office space.
