ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT:

Emaar Beachfront is a new waterfront residential community on the north stretch of Dubai Harbour, located in the bay opposite Mina Seyahi.

When completed the development will feature 27 luxury residential buildings built upon a strip of reclaimed land with sandy beaches on either side. Its location puts it within minutes of Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence and The Palm Jumeirah.

The 27 towers will contain around 10,000 apartments.
