Azizi Developments to add interior details to finished units for free

Azizi Developments will spend US$24 million on interior fittings at its Riviera projects in MBR City.

Azizi Developments has invested over AED800 million (US$24 million) in transforming the interior design of its flagship Riviera project in Dubai.

This stylish waterfront community intended for a relaxed lifestyle by the sea in the spirit of the French Riviera is located in the heart of the Mohammed bin Rashid City (MBR City) area and includes 71 mid-rise buildings that house more than 16,000 apartments. In addition, the complex is conveniently located in the center of all business and leisure facilities of the MBR City.

According to the representative of the Azizi Developments, Riviera personifies the French-Mediterranean lifestyle in Dubai, which is embodied not only in architectural details, but also in general atmosphere of the French 'joie de vivre' or “joyful a celebration of life”.

“With the beginning of the new year, we decided to surprise those who purchased our housing in the Riviera project with a grand announcement,” Mohamed Ragheb from Azizi Developments said recently about changes in the interior design of the project.

Trying to further increase customer loyalty, the developer surprised his customers by announcing that he would update kitchen worktops, cabinets, plumbing, floors and much more in all Riviera apartments. Moreover, it won’t cost a thing to those who have already purchased apartments in this complex.

The spacious residences in the Riviera community offer stunning views of the city, while the infrastructure amenities are scattered over the three neighboring areas: an extensive shopping boulevard, a walkway by the water canal with eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins, a lush green social space.

According to Azizi, the first construction phase of the Riviera complex has already been completed by 54%.

As imexre.com has already revealed, Azizi is currently developing 54 projects planned for handover during a time period between 2019 and 2023, while another 100 projects worth several billion dollars in total are planned for construction in the nearest future, and, according to forecasts, will be implemented between 2023 and 2025.

In 2019, the developer introduced the concept of a short-term lease in its Bayt by Azizi project in Dubai Sports City, offering investors up to 39% yeilds, and put up for sale 329 retail premises in different districts of Dubai, starting with Al Furjan, Healthcare City, Palm Jumeirah, and ending with Jebel Ali, Sports City, Studio City and the Meydan area.

And at the end of last year, the developer presented a stylish new Miraj residential complex in Dubai Studio City, and also signed a US$13.6 million contract for construction of a new Berton residential complex in AlFurjan.
