Azizi offers up to 35 per cent return on investment

Azizi Developments launched Bayt in Dubai Sports City with a new concept for investors, who can get up to 35 per cent ROI in this real estate project.

Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, offers the concept of a short-term housing lease, due to which investors can get higher profits by adding their units to the developer’s management and maintenance pool. This concept isn’t new, but the conditions offered by Azizi are more flexible, than with other developers’ offers.

New residential complex Bayt by Azizi located in Dubai Sports City was designed to meet the needs of those who long for the balanced and healthy lifestyle. It has 431 apartments, including 238 studios, 140 one bedrooms and 53 two bedroom residences.

According to the developer, Bayt was created to improve the living space quality due to spacious balconies and large terraces sized over 1,076 sq ft by the corners of the building. As for its offer to investors, Azizi Developments will provide services for registration, licensing and hotel services for residences, as well as develop the entire interior design and do all the marketing for these units, freeing customers from the hassle associated with short-term lease.

Many developers, indeed, also offer similar conditions, but the difference with Azizi offer is that investors will have a choice from various options of the purchased apartment usage almost without any limitations. They can live in their home, or they can rent it out for a long time or for a short period as vacation property under the developer’s supervision. However, the option of a short-term lease managed by the developer provides a significantly higher ROI (return on investment) of over 35 per cent, Azizi said.

The time and duration of the owmer's stay in the apartment is also unrestricted.
