MAG launches 400 properties in the MBR City

VIDEO. The developer MAG Group earned USD27 million from real estate sales in the Meydan cluster of the MBR City district.

MAG Lifestyle Development (MAGLD), the property development arm of MAG Group Holding, announced it has earned Dh100 million ($27.2 million) form sales at the MAG City, the first phase of MAG Eye, a gated townhouse residential community in Meydan District 7 located in the bigger area of Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City).

More than 400 apartments and townhouses were offered for sale as part of the MAG City initial phase exclusively to those investors over 500 invited to the sales event.

And, of course, the developer offers an attractive payment plan to enhance further sales, as this kind of bonus is now quite compulsory in the very competitive environment of the Dubai’s off-plan market.

Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah CEO of MAG, commented: "The strong response to the launch of the first residences in MAG City, an integral part of our MAG Eye master-planned development, underlines the demand for exceptionally designed residences in central locations in the city."

"Under the convenient 60-month payment plan, customers of MAG City did not have to make any down payment. They only had to pay AED7,100 per month for a studio starting at AED475,000," he noted.

"Those interested to purchase a two or three-bedroom townhouse, can get their hands on a unit with zero-down payment for AED14,800 monthly with prices starting at AED1.577 million and installments to be paid within 96 months," stated Al Gaddah.

MAG Eye, he said, was one of the most sought-after residential communities in Dubai for its cost-competitive pricing in a central location with all amenities in close proximity.

Located in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City Meydan District 7 — close to both Dubai International Airport and Downtown Dubai – MAG Eye will feature 4,717 studios or one-bedroom apartments and 694 three or four-bedroom townhouses.
