Potential property buyers were also keen to purchase residential units in central Downtown Dubai, where a one-bedroom apartment with Dubai Fountain views can costAED2.3 million, as well as a man-made island of Palm Jumeirah, villas at Arabian Ranches and properties in Jumeirah Village Circle.

Dubai Marina, as the most wanted location for renters, can offer tenants apartment non-less than AED60,000 per annum, while luxury units can cost up to AED100,000 for a one-bedroom flat, depending on the location and views.
