The developer of almost ready Alandalus townhouses offers 5-year post-handover payment plan for 85 per cent of the unit price due to be paid after delivery.

Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE), a residential community centered around a world-class golf club, offers property buyers luxurious homes with all the comforts of a relaxed lifestyle in between the two world-class golf courses.

The project developer announced a special offer for buyers of townhouses in the Alandalus community before its soon handover scheduled for May, 2020.

The Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE) hosting the final series of the European Tour of the DP World Golf Championship is one of the best places for recreation and entertainment in Dubai with townhouses, apartments, green landscapes, five lakes, a club and a shopping center in a luxury residential mid-priced Alandalus community.

According to the community’s concept, an ultramodern lifestyle in the open air is organically combined with the luxurious architecture, and affordably-priced magnificent mansions in the Spanish-Andalusian style. Apartments sized about 100 sq. m. on average (regardless of the number of bedrooms form 1 to 5) are offered for US $ 290,000 to US $ 706,000, while a spacious 334 sq.m.-sized townhouse overlooking the golf course and with a huge outdoor terrace can be purchased for US $ 851,000 - 1,085,000. In total, the project includes 715 apartments, 95 townhouses, a mosque, a hotel and a shopping mall, which makes it a convenient integrated community.

At present, three buildings in the Alandalus community have already been completed, and the rest are expected to be delivered by May next year.

As for the purchase conditions, the developer offers a flexible payment plan for this housing. It requires paying only 5 percent of the cost upon booking, and then one percent per month during the construction phase. Most of the cost (85 percent) can be paid within 54 months (4.5 years) after handover. In addition, buyers can get a 100 per cent discount on the DLD registration fee (4 per cent of the property cost) and won’t have to pay any service charges for the real estate maintenance during the first three years after purchase.
