Dubai Lifestyle City is a multi-purpose development project in the Dubailand area, spanning across 4.15 million square feet. When complete, the project will have 68 villas and 120 apartments while also being equipped with a golf course, auditorium, theatre and additional recreational facilities.
Designed by Beverly Hills designer Tony Ashai, the development takes inspiration from the Tuscan countryside. However, unlike the countryside, Dubai Lifestyle City has easy access to Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and the Umm Suqeim Road.
Besides large family homes and low-rise apartment buildings, the area will also boast a 170-room JW Marriott hotel and an array of restaurants and cafes.
