With a prime Creek-side location, Dubai’s Culture Village captures a true Arabian architectural style with wind towers, stone walkways and traditional souqs. Housing villas with three or four-bedrooms, the area will be complete with everything from luxury hotels to performing art centres. By mid-2016, 76 of the units in Culture Village will be complete.
Expectations for the area are high and Khalid Al Malik, CEO, Dubai Properties Group, was quoted as saying, “Due to its prime location in the heart of Culture Village, traditional Arabic theme and waterside living experience, we are confident Manazel Al Khor [one of the villa projects for sale] will prove to be an attractive investment for local, regional and international buyers.”
In addition to its residential area, Dubai Culture Village’s commercial district will house cultural institutions, schools, academies for art, music, dance, pottery and other crafts. Meanwhile, as part of the retail sector, a range of culture-focused shops will be developed, including rare bookshops, craft galleries and a traditional souq, offering Arabian crafts, antiques and herbs and spices.
With exclusive developments such as the Palazzo Versace, the Iris Asmar and the D1 Tower, there seems little doubt that the Dubai Culture Village will soon feature among the most desirable residential locations in the emirate.
