Al Safa is located in the western part of Dubai and is bordered to the west by Al Manara area. Due to a well-thought-out Dubai’s urban design, Al Safa has an almost regular geometric shape of a rectangle bordered to the four sides by important roads, which makes it extremely convenient for both living and doing business. To the three other sides the district is bordered by Jumeirah in the north, the Al Quoz area in the south and Al Wasl in the east.
Al Wasl Road (D 92) encircles the area in the northeast, and in the southwest, the Dubai’s main transport highway Sheikh Zayed Road (E 11) is connecting it with all the main landmarks of the center of Dubai. Thus, the area boasts an extremely convenient location allowing a short drive to almost everywhere in the city, which is an undoubted advantage over other Dubai more of less remote areas.
Al Safa is a predominantly residential and commercial development divided into two sub communities of Al Safa 1 and Al Safa 2, which house rather affluent residential communities. Consulate of China in Dubai is situated here, as well a number of other important landmarks, like prestigious international schools Emirates English Speaking School, Jumeirah English Speaking School and Jumeirah Primary School.
A large shopping center The Oasis Mall is situated nearby. Besides, in both directions along the Sheikh Zayed Road, there are several car dealerships, including Audi and Infiniti Dealer’s shops, a sports complex, an art gallery, a publishing house, offices of large companies and branded stores in close vicinity. And from the other side just one block is separating Al Safa from the Umm Suqeim Road and the beachfront, where Dubai’s popular Kite Beach stretches along, with numerous recreation facilities and cafes, as well as a yacht club and a skate park. Thus, Dubai residents rather living here, or coming here for business and leisure, provide a perfect clientele for any store or business in Al Safa.
