Al Sufouh 2 residential community is located along the coast of the Persian Gulf in Dubai, south of Palm Jumeirah. This residential cluster is one of two parts comprising the area of Al Sufouh, which also includes, besides of Al Sufouh 1 and 2 communities, several free economic zones, such as Dubai Knowledge Village and Dubai Internet City.
Geographically, the area is stretching along the coast at the "foot" of the palm-shaped island of Palm Jumeirah from Madinat Jumeirah to Dubai Media City, being bounded by the sea from one side, and by the main transport artery of Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, from the other side. Such favorable location makes Al Sufouh extremely attractive both for living and for recreation, as all active cultural and social life take place just few blocks from here.
Al Sufouh has a total area of 7 km2, a large part of which is taken by a spacious and clean public beach, which is free to enter. There is a large parking place in close proximity to the beach, but, at the same time, there are usually very few people here, which allows you to fully enjoy the peace and relaxation by the sea. The community is perfectly connected with the other Dubai areas, making a trip to any central location a fast and easy journey, while a system of public transport here is represented by a high-speed Dubai tram.
In addition to free economic zones turning Al Sufouh into a kind of a "silicon valley" in Dubai, there is also a number of key educational institutions such as Dubai College, International School of Choueifat and American University of Dubai.
Emirates Hills, with its extensive and scenic green golf courses is located just across the road from Al Sufouh 2, while entertainment center of Dubai Marina can be reached in a couple of minutes ride or even by foot, if you plan to have long walks along the seashore. In Al Sufouh 2 there is also enough space and opportunities for shopping and entertainment, starting with the world’s famous Hard Rock Café and many more cozy restaurants and cafes.
