Cayan Tower is one of the Dubai main iconic buildings, the most famous twisted skyscraper located in the center of Dubai, in the most prestigious area of Dubai Marina.
This residential skyscraper, called the Infinity Tower during construction, has 307.3 meters in height and is considered the tallest building in the world featuring a 90˚ twist, and also the eighth world’s tallest residential building. According to data for 2015, this building was the 74th tallest building in Asia and the 94th tallest in the world.

Features & Design
Cayan Tower was designed by the Skidmore, Owings & Merrill world-known architectural bureau. The walls of the skyscraper from the base to the rooftop have an even, exactly 90 ° twist. The 73 floor plates are all identical, but each is rotated by 1.2 degrees against the floor below it, creating the shape of a helix. The tower’s premises are additionally protected from direct sunlight by removable perforated screens. All communications of the skyscraper are located inside a circular core section of the construction and next to it in vertical direction, so that the shape of the building does not affect them.

The tower has 73 floors above ground and 7 more underground floors, 8 high-speed elevators, a five-level underground parking for 610 cars, as well as 495 luxury apartments, including studios, one to three bedrooms apartments, duplexes and penthouses priced from AED 2 m to 3.5 million. 80% of the apartments were sold by the time of the official tower’s completion, but now a lot of decent property offers in this iconic building can still be found on the market.
