In Dubai there are villas, townhouses and apartments almost anyone can afford — from a sheikh to a manager, which statement was once again proved by Dubai developers Damac and Sobha Group, who have presented two new projects in Akoya Oxygen and MBR City.
Such a variety of villas couldn’t be found anywhere else in the world except Dubai. Only here there are beachfront villas by the sea, villas on artificial islands and villas surrounded by wide green golf courses with all the glamour of a high-class resort life. Prices may diverge by millions of dollars. The most popular villas are situated on the manmade archipelago of Palm Jumeirah, but no less demanded options can be found in other locations, such as a huge-scaled Akoya by Damac. Just one of its clusters, Akoya Oxygen covers an area of 55 million sq ft on Umm Suqeim Road, around the Trump World Golf Club, and is considered one of the least densely populated areas in Dubai.
And just last week, Damac presented an exclusive collection of hotel and spa villas wright in the heart of this complex. Villas are priced at AED 1.7 million (USD 462,900). The basic concept of this villas collection is finding peace, serenity and tranquility thanks to the spa right next to your home.
Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president, Damac Properties, said: "The hotel spa villas at Akoya Oxygen are designed for those who seek serenity and relaxation in the most convenient location - their home. For those who wish to rent out their villa, they can expect a high return on investment as such distinctive hotel accommodation is in demand by UAE residents and tourists from around the globe."
And Sobha Group has bet on a variety of luxury real estate options in its Hartland Greens in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, the total construction cost of which amounts to about USD 4 billion. Here, 282 four, five and six bedroom villas are neighboring 18 low-rise, middle-rise and nine-story residential buildings, and an exclusive eight-story apartment building next to them. This eight-floored construction is currently set for sale. Various-sized apartments, from studios to three-bedroom units are offered at a price, starting from AED 804,000. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2017.
"The tower is strategically located at the heart of the community and will have all the amenities a resident needs," said Sobha Group in a statement.
