
The most significant event in the regional real estate market, Cityscape Global 2015 property show closed up today in Dubai. This three-day show attracted more than 300 companies from 30 countries, including 100 local developers.
Residential and hospitality project Meydan One was one of the biggest and most significant projects at the show. This project has total area of 3,671,000 square meters and is set to become Dubai's number one tourists’ destination and home to 78,000 citizens. Meydan One is about to beat seven world records, so it could be called not only the greatest Cityscape revelation, but also one of the greatest Dubai projects ever.
Among other Cityscape Global novelties worth attention there are luxury real estate project ONE on the Palm Jumeirah by Dubai developer Omniyat, which has put on sale the most expensive penthouse in Dubai worth over USD 54 million, villas and townhouses in Golf Estates and Beach Residences projects in Ajman by Al Zorah Development and homes in Dubai’s 'The Villages' development by Dubai South, and of course, the most interesting infrastructure project Palm Promenade by the industry’s giant Nakheel, which plans to transform the Palm Jumeirah man-made island’s trunk into a single community with this project.
