The largest real estate exhibition in the Middle East will be held in Dubai in September for the 14th time in a row, each year attracting more and more participants and visitors — its organizers noted with satisfaction, Arabian Business reports.
This year the organizers of the event are prepared to host at least 300 companies from different countries, and the area and the number of pavilions will be extended by at least 30% for that purpose. Two new exhibition pavilions will be added to the main hall. Thus, the number of exhibition halls will grow by 4 new pavilions since 2013, which is more than 40 thousand square meters of additional space in total.
Dubai real estate market giants, like Emaar, Dubai Properties, Dubai World Central, Meydan, Meraas and Nakheel, will once again attend Cityscape Global in 2015, presenting their best projects in Dubai, and among the newcomers, who have declared their participation for the first time, there are such major Dubai developing companies, like The World manmade islands developer Kleindienst Group, as well as other large companies such as DMCC, Majid Al Futtaim and Al Barari.
Cityscape Group director Wouter Molman said: “In 2014 we welcomed more than 47,000 participants; a 42% year-on-year increase. With Cityscape Global set to be the largest it has been for six years, we expect a very strong turnout of visitors from all over the world, as they look to maximise their investment potential in this lucrative market.”
The event, as usual, will be held on September 8-10, 2015 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
