Dubai developer Danube completed its Glitz Residences 3 project at Dubai Studio City

This real estate project in "affordable luxury" category became Danube’s third mega-successful delivery in the Dubai Studio City.

The Glitz 3 residential complex in the Dubai Studio City free zone includes 354 luxury apartments ranging from studios to three beds, with the estimated construction cost nearing $ 95 million.

Currently, Danube is preparing to hand the keys to the owners of units, who were among the lucky ones having managed to buy apartments here on super favorable conditions at a construction stage.

In particular, the developer offered to pay just 5 per cent of the unit’s cost using mortgage, and then pay the rest during the next six years — an unprecedented offer for the Dubai off-plan real estate market.

Each building at Glitz 3 has all the expected amenities, including swimming pool, a golf course on the roof top of the building, a health club, a children's area, and outdoor seating areas with barbecue spots.

Glitz 3 apartment sales success was predetermined by the exceptional demand for housing in similar Glitz 1 and 2 projects, where 302 apartments in several eight-storey buildings were sold out days after the start of sales.

Since entering Dubai’s real estate market in June 2014, Danube has managed to make its portfolio swell with 10 projects and 3628 housing units with a total value of $ 850 million.  Danube Group founder chairman Rizwan Sajan has also shared plans to bring four more projects to the emirate’s affordable luxury market in 2018, while five other developments are currently under construction by Danube in Dubai.

In 2017, Danube’s real estate sales reached $ 233 million. This means that the company was earning an average of 844,000 dollars per day. Among other famous and successful Danube’s projects there are the Dreamz, Resortz and Bayz projects with another 529 units almost ready for handover.
