This year, for example, the developer set himself the ambitious task of completing the construction of nearly 3,000 housing units in 10 buildings in some of his key projects in the emirate.

Projects scheduled for completion in 2020 include Farishta, Shaista, Star and Plaza districts in Dubai's Al Furjan community, and Samia project, which has already welcomed its first residents in January. In addition, the main projects in the developer’s portfolio are Mina on the Palm Jumeirah, Aura in Jebel Ali and some first-phase buildings of the Riviera project in MBR City.

Azizi recently announced that it will focus mainly on completing its 54 ongoing projects between 2020 and 2023, and will use existing land plots and close partnerships with other major Dubai property developers to ensure sustainable growth for many years to come.

Al Furjan, a promising strategic community with excellent connectivity with all other areas of the emirate, is currently considered one of the most attractive addresses in Dubai. A number of modern buildings have been recently finished here, carefully integrated with natural green spaces and provided with high-quality modern infrastructure. Azizi has completed 13 projects in this growing community so far.

Recently, new social facilities have also opened here: from small convenience stores and educational institutions such as Arbor School, to the IKEA store in Festival Plaza Shopping Center.

Thanks to its excellent road network, including direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Al Furjan provides quick access to Dubai's main attractions located in Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai, as well as to Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport.

Al Furjan now also has an advantage of being part of the Route 2020, the metro route that will connect it to the Expo 2020 site and the many other emirate’s leisure, business and retail centers through the new Dubai Red Metro line.

Taking into account 284 residential units already completed in Samia project in January this year, and 4 more buildings to be completed here before the year end, the number of properties handed over by Azizi in Al Furjan area this year will reach 1,478 units.

Besides, the company also plans to complete construction of 178 apartments in the Mina project, located in the eastern part of The Crescent around the “palm island” Palm Jumeirah. Key collection of 120 one-bedroom apartments, 54 two-bedroom residences and four spacious penthouses will be handed over in the first half of 2020, the developer said.

More than 69 per cent of common areas in the Mina project are reserved for gardens, children's playgrounds, jogging paths and green open spaces.

It also has a separate shopping center, covered parking and provides an easy access to the Palm Monorail, Dubai Tram and Dubai Metro, as well as to many hotels and other shopping and entertainment centers in the close vicinity.

Another project planned by the Azizi developer to be completed in 2020, is Aura. Due to its strategic location and excellent transport connectivity, Aura received a decent response from investors and customers.

Located in the center of the Jafza district, the largest old free economic zone in the world, with the largest port in the Middle East and Africa, the project is a five-minute walk from the UAE Exchange Metro Station. Aura consists of 479 blocks, which will include 349 studios, 87 one bedroom apartments and 43 two bedroom apartments. In addition, this project is one of the few with a freehold status in the center of the Jebel Ali district.

This year also, work will be completed on the first phase of the long-awaited French Mediterranean-styled Riviera project in the in MBR City. The first phase of the Riviera project is currently sold by 95%, but you can still buy housing units in this attractive and affordable location.
