Dubai’s MAG sales reached $950mln

Units sold in multiple developments during 11 months of the current year let Dubai's MAG property developer to earn AED3.5 billion. Read more for which units by MAG Group are still available for sale, and where the developer is delivering his latest projects.

Between MAG’s property projects extra-popular with Dubai property buyers, especially those with exclusive off-plan offers, there are MAG EYE, MAG 318, MAG MBL Residence, MAG 5 Boulevard and MAG 5 in Dubai South.

Thanks to 2,887 units sales at these and other projects, MAG Group Holding has thus far earned as much as AED3.5 billion ($950 million) in just 11 months of the year.

According to an official statement, this transaction sales volume also includes units sold both in The Polo Townhouses and The Polo Residences in Meydan area of Dubai.

Just at the MAG EYE alone, a AED4.7 billion project located in District 7 in Meydan, MAG Dubai sold around 600 units, which include studios, two-, and three-bedroom townhouses with an average AED400 million price tag.

But it was not solely for the off-plan affordable options, that MAG is obliged his success to, meaning that 75% of the MAG 318, a mixed-use luxury residential tower featuring 439 apartments were also sold in a quite short period of time.

Moreover, some of the projects in the pipeline waiting for handover in the nearest month will add substantially to the developer’s portfolio too. The two most expected of them, MAG MBL Residence and MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort, are 30 and 15 per cent ready, respectively, says the developer

The company also confirmed that it will soon complete another one of the six-building MAG 5 Boulevard project in Dubai South, which features 528 units ranging from studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Not surprisingly then, that, according to GCP-Reidin, MAG took the first place in the ranking of the most active private developers in Dubai, putting up 5,569 real estate units for sale last year. And since Dubai South and MBR City are becoming increasingly popular as the main investment destinations in Dubai real estate market, this year MAG has every chance to maintain its position in the real estate off-plan sales market, despite the fact that less than a month is left until the end of the year.
