This Saturday Dubai leading developer Emaar is about to launch sales of the second phase of townhouses in its development within Mohammed bin Rashid City (MBR City). The sales will take place simultaneously in Dubai and in Oman’s capital Muscat.
Buyers will be able to choose from three, four and five bedroom villas in Maple 2 residential community within Dubai Hills, which, in turn, is part of a larger urban formation MBR City.
Townhouses in Maple 2, ranging from 2200 to 2700 square feet, will be put on sale at a price from USD 540,000 for a three bedroom villa. 666 townhouses are planned for construction as part of this project’s phase.
As usual, Emaar promises to give preference to customers who will be able to pay at least 30% of the property’s value as a down payment and agree to keep the ownership of the purchased villa at least till handover.
Residents at the Maple 2 will have access to two hotels located in the neighborhood, as well as to retail units, 18-hole golf course, parks and green zones. “Maple 2 town houses are the first of their kind in the city with the focus on green living,” said Ahmad Al Matrooshi, the managing director of Emaar Properties. “The extensive green landscapes and natural trails make Maple 2 homes the first choice for end-use homeowners and customers who seek long-term value,” he added.
Cavendish Maxwell consultancy experts in its latest report on the Dubai property market included Dubai Hills in the top-3 list of the most actively developed villa communities in Dubai, along with Sobha Hartland community with its 4,500 currently constructed townhouses, and Meydan Heights with 2200 houses.
