Despite the decrease in housing prices, major Dubai developers are not going to rest on their laurels and continue to launch their largest and most ambitious projects. Dubai master developer Emaar is up to start property sales in its Dubai Creek new Creekside 18 development on September 12.
“Creekside 18 development forms the centrepiece of the Dubai Creek Harbour master plan. Surrounded by the business and shopping districts that border Central Park, the residential towers are home to 480 dazzling one-, two- and three-bedroom glass-fronted apartments, all with private outdoor balconies.” Emaar said on its website.
Off-plan apartment sales in Creekside 18 will start simultaneously in Dubai and Doha. 480 apartments in two 37-story towers will be put on sale. The most expensive property in Creekside 18 is expected to cost USD 1 million for a unit.
Any residential community in Dubai is usually part of a bigger districts and urban development master plans. In this case, Creekside 18 is a residential community consisting of two towers, which is part of the Dubai Creek Harbour area, which, in turn, is part of The Lagoons, being part of a major city master development Mohammed bin Rashid City (MBR City). A number of iconic real estate projects is planned to be developed in this area, including The Dubai Twin Towers, world's highest twin towers.
