
Dubai master developer Emaar launched Harbour Gate, its first off-plan project in 2017.
Just few days after announcing its 56 per cent plus net profit increase in the fourth quarter of last year, the leading Dubai property developer Emaar’s made another important revelation offering high-end off-plan properties in its Harbour Gate development at Dubai Creek Harbour.
This major residential real estate project will be the first project launched by Emaar in 2017. Located on the island part of Dubai Creek Harbour destination Harbour Gate will stand next to Dubai’s new major dominant The Tower lighthouse.
Harbour Gate will feature 491 one, two and three-bedroom apartments with views of the boulevard and Central Park. On the podium level there will be six duplex townhouses seamlessly blending with various infrastructure units suiting the residents’ everyday needs. These include adult swimming pool deck and kid’s splash pad, a fitness center, social hub, teen’s room, exercise studio space, multipurpose room and concierge service. A limited collection of six penthouses located on the top floors of the building will comprise the highlight of the complex, while a rooftop common area with lounge seating will give breathtaking 270 degree views of The Tower and the Dubai skyline.
Near Harbour Gate it is also planned to construct a marina, a 4.5 km long Creek Boardwalk promenade, water canals, promenades, cultural centers, museums and galleries, as well as Vida Hotel and the biggest shopping cluster in the world. Dubai Creek Harbour project development also includes a number of other luxurious residences like Creek Horizon, Dubai Creek Residences, Creekside 18 and Harbour Views.
