169 unique luxury residences by Versace are going to welcome their owners soon — the complex developer ENSHAA told the press.
The project, located in the prestigious Dubai Creek area, was started in 2006, but managed to survive the crisis of 2008-2009, and now, somewhat modified, is finally completed.
Residential complex, according to the developer, will create the atmosphere of abundance and refined luxury that generally characterize Versace House. The apartments are decorated with works of art, exclusive mosaic, and floors and made of marble and rare wood.
In addition to residential property Palazzo Versace, consisting of the two towers, will also house a hotel under the Versace brand with 215 suits. The hotel part is still being finalized, but the opening will take place in the very near future, ENSHAA CEO Raza Jafar’s promised.
In October 2011, ENSHAA fully redeemed second half of the ownership in the Palazzo Versace project from another partner, the Australian company Sunland Group, which ENSHAA started this project with in 2006.
ENSHAA CEO, Raza Jafar, said: "We are delighted to commence the handover of The Residences at Palazzo Versace to their owners and are grateful for the support of all our customers; we are proud to deliver an outstanding project. "I am particularly thankful to our team, for their hard work, dedication and passion for creating an iconic development; the end result is truthfully remarkable and I am confident that it will set new standards of luxury living and comfort in the region".
