Dubai South (former Dubai World Central) will be ready to meet its first residents in six months. Dubai master developer Damac Properties is about to deliver first homes in NAIA Tenora residential project in six months.
145 square kilometer city of Dubai South has been recently re-branded as a new dynamic urban development and Dubai’s economic center. The area includes Al Maktoum International Airport and the site for the World Expo 2020. It is both positioned as a new Dubai’s center focused on creativity and empowerment.
NAIA Tenora will be the first building completed in Dubai South. It is a hospitality and residential project. 10-storey tower will have 270 luxury serviced apartments and is going to be located in the heart of Dubai South. At first it will accommodate tens of thousands of professionals working on Dubai South and Expo 2020 construction sites.
"Dubai South is the real pearl in the expansion plans for Dubai and NAIA Tenora will sit right at the heart of this exciting project," said Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president, Damac Properties. "This serviced living concept will provide everything you would expect from a five star hotel, with access and convenience alongside luxury living." In addition to the fully furnished serviced apartments, residents will be able to visit restaurants, stat-of-the-art gymnasium and a children's play area in NAIA Tenora building.
The second project of this series by Damac Properties in Dubai South will be called NAIA Celestia and is scheduled for completion in 2017.
