
The corresponding agreement on the construction of three hotels under Aloft brand and one hotel under Element brand has been already signed by Dubai master developer Dubai Properties and Starwood Hotels & Resorts contracting company.
Four new hotels will increase Dubai's hospitality stock by 816 rooms in total. Aloft Dubai Dubiotech, which will be located in the world's first free zone for the biotechnology industry development in Dubai, will include 227 rooms. And two other hotels under this brand, featuring 200 and 220 rooms respectfully, will also be built in Dubai free zones — Dubai Studio City and IMPZ.
The third hotel, under the Element brand, which is jointly developed by Dubai Properties and Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Dubai, will be a kind of creative laboratory for the introduction of eco-innovative technologies in the field of hotel real estate. It is aimed at active modern traveler, and designers creating interiors will be guided by purely natural ideas and inspired by nature itself. The hotel can comfortably accommodate guests in 168 rooms.
Naaman Atallah, the head of Dubai Properties said that the real estate hospitality sector is expected to see high demand in the near future, and the four represented hotels will offer two fundamentally new concepts of hospitality in affordable category of hospitality real estate.

All hotels are planned to be completed before 2018.
