Summer real estate market standstill usual for all real estate markets, and especially for the holy month of Ramadan in the UAE, doesn’t prevent some Dubai developers from introducing their new real estate projects to public, Emirates 24|7 claims. Among them there is a new housing project with a total cost of US $ 270 million in a large-scale real estate cluster Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum (MBR) City in Dubai.
This residential property complex will be named ‘Jade at The Fields’ and located in the District 11. “There is high demand for a project with all the right elements such as small ticket sizes, low prices per square feet and a payment plan with 50 per cent payable after handover in three years,” the project’s exclusive sales agent told the press.
Construction of the ‘Jade at The Fields’ will begin in the first half of next year and is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2018.
In total, the complex will house 360 three- and four-bedroom townhouses with a starting price of US $ 620, 000. District 11 development in the MBR City began in 2014. This city district is located not far from the main Dubai thruway Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Al Ain Road (E66). At the moment, Meydan Group, one of the largest developers in Dubai and District 11 master developer, is building 1500 villas for Emirates airline pilots there.
