The interior design of residential apartments and hotel units will be inspired by 'La Dolce Vita' classic luxury style, and among the utmost conveniences there will be a direct access to the private beach stretching over hundreds of meters of the coast. Additionally, hospitality tower will also have a lounge zone and an exclusive Sky Restaurant on the rooftop of the hotel.
