Soon Dubai will have another luxury residential complex with a view of a historic Dubai Creek part of the city. One of the largest Dubai developers Dubai Properties announced its project Manazel Al Khor is 70% ready.
Despite the fears some analysts had about the possible oversupply in the Dubai luxury housing market, as imexre.com had previously reported, developers are not going to stop and keep successfully launching and handing over all new projects according to their plan, fully confident in sufficient demand for these units. Thus, luxury housing sector awaits new completion in summer — Dubai Properties will hand over Manazel Al Khor inspired by traditional Arab architecture.
The complex with a total area of about 255,000 square feet will be located in the heart of Dubai, surrounded by green areas and pedestrian walkways. As imexre.com had found out, 98 two, three and four bedroom residential apartments will have great views of the Dubai Creek, while commercial property for shops and restaurants will also be included in a project plan.
3.8 km of sidewalks, alleys and walkways surrounded by greenery will bring residents and guests to the traditional Arab souk market, and a centrally located marina with mooring and access points. In addition, a mixed-use complex with views of the internal canal will also be constructed there. Manazel Al Khor, as well as the entire Culture Village, a part of which this new luxury complex will be, is expected to become a new magnet for tourists and visitors due to its entertainment facilities and cultural component.
