New affordable townhouses cluster to be launched in Dubai’s Al Barsha
Dubai developer Nshama is about to present a new batch of Noor Townhouses in its Town Square community.

Prices and property types polarization was one of the most up-to-date trends in the Dubai property market in 2016, property experts believe. High-end property units, luxury penthouses and apartments at Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina are at one end of this scale. And the other extreme is taken by apartments, small studios and even townhouses targeted at the mid-income property buyers, as well as at the property investors buying a unit to further lease it out.

The balance between these two opposite market categories should be kept, that’s why new projects launches of elite or the affordable property alternate at the Dubai property market. This time the latter category was in the focus of attention with Nshama having announced it is launching sales of affordable townhouses in its new Noor Townhouses cluster of its Town Square project in Dubai.

Noor Townhouses cluster will be set in three neighborhoods and offer 3- to 4-bedroom homes near the entrance to the Town Square community. Its prestigious location, next to Al Maktoum International Airport and near the site for the World Expo 2020, as well as in close proximity to several big malls will also add some attractiveness to the community.

Central Square of the size of 16 football fields will be located in the center of the Town Square residential community. Vida Town Square hotel, Reel Cinemas with an open cinema will be also constructed at the territory, together with 600 retail and F&B outlets, green parks, jogging and biking trails and all the other elements of the comfortable urban infrastructure.

Last time Town Square townhouses were marketed, the developer said the average price for those units was ranging from AED 614,888 for a one bedroom unit to up to AED 1 million for a big townhouse. However, it hasn’t been revealed yet, what the price will be this time.

Announcing the launch of their new project, Nshama CEO Fred Durie said, “The launch of Noor Townhouses follows the overwhelming demand for our residential offerings, especially from families, with all our earlier launches reporting strong response from those who aspire to have an own home at affordable prices in the heart of a vibrant community.”
