Dubai once again confirms its "future city" status with the most outstanding architectural decisions being implemented in the field of real estate development. A new 47-storey residential and hotel complex with artificial gardens and a beach by the pool on the rooftop will soon be built in Al Thanyah First on Sheikh Zayed Road.
The Rosemont Hotel & Residences will occupy 13,000 square meters of land, ZAS Group consultancy said on its website. Each of the two towers comprising the complex will have 47 floors, five of which will form the base podium with two more basement levels. In total, the complex will have 450 hotel rooms and 280 residential serviced apartments. Besides, the project will boast sky lobby, sky pool with an artificial beach and a landscape development on top of upper rooftop podium in form of a rainforest.
Kieferle & Partner will be the architect for the project, and Civil Engineering and Contracting will do all the construction.
No details on the project developer’s name and the completion due date have been confirmed yet.
