Dubai Properties has launched a residential tower at the AED800 million Dubai Wharf mixed-use development located close to Dubai Creek, the company said on Sunday.
The real estate developer Dubai Properties has launched a residential tower at the AED800 million Dubai Wharf mixed-use development located close to Dubai Creek, the company said on Sunday. The building is part of a four-tower mid-rise development made up of 200 units that include studios and one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Road networks, internal bridges and electricity substations at the creekside development are now complete, the company said. Work that includes sewage, irrigation, storm water and potable water will be completed by the end of next month. Landscaping will be done by the end of next year’s third quarter. The Dubai Wharf project in the heart of Culture Village District was unveiled last September. The project will overlook a canal promenade close to Dubai Creek. The development will include four towers with 582 residential units and about 150 retail, dining and entertainment units. Dubai Wharf is located close to Al Jaddaf Metro station.
