The outer crescent embracing the man-made Palm Jumeirah island in Dubai will soon get another architectural dominant — the two twin towers of a Palm 360 hotel and residential apartments fr om Nakheel.
Keeping with the best traditions of the billionaires’ island new project Palm 360 will also be focused on the high-end segment of Dubai’s real estate market: the complex will house as many as 12 branded four-bedroom ultra-luxury penthouses, six of which will have an area of more than 1000 squares, which almost equals the area of four tennis courts. Each of these exclusive penthouses will occupy the entire floor or even two floors in the case of duplexes. Among the exclusive amenities provided in the penthouses there will be infinity pools, gyms and home theaters. And, besides penthouses, residential part of the complex will also have 252 one- and two-bedroom apartments, a little bit more modest than penthouses, but also belonging to the ultra-luxury category.
Two boutique hotels with 110 rooms will occupy the first nine floors in each of the two towers of the Palm 360, wh ere five storeys will be given to the hotel rooms and suites, and ground floors will be taken by the all-day restaurant, swimming pools, spa, fitness center and a unique inner garden with floor to ceiling windows to open inside the patio in winter.
At the 175 meters height above the ground, inside the bridge connecting two towers, there also will be a restaurant complex coupled with an infinity pool larger than a football field at a 130 meters height above the ground.
Nakheel chairman Ali Rashid Lootah said: "Palm 360 will take luxury living and hospitality to a whole new level. Another iconic development for Palm Jumeirah and a new landmark for Dubai, this unique creation brings together the very best in location, views and amenities at what will undoubtedly be one of the most sought-after addresses in the world."
