RBC awarded as one of the Dubai authorities' partners in the field of HR and labor relationships

The Ministry of Human Resources awarded a special prize to the Russian Business Council in Dubai for creating new job opportunities and developing employee-friendly business environment in Dubai.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation held a round table with local business representatives at the Le Meridien Hotel, Dubai. Local labor authorities recognized the achievements of different companies in creating new job opportunities and developing a comfortable work environment, and also awarded a special prize to the Russian Business Council in Dubai.

During the seminar, representatives of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and businessmen discussed a number of important questions and highlighted a number of issues for both employees and business owners, including workers-business relations, workers’ rights and issues, companies’ registration, granting new work permits and other business related issues.

Oleg Lavrik, Vice President of the Russian Business Council and General Manager of IMEX Real Estate received the award for achievements in the field of development and improvement of labor environment given to RBC, from the hands of Jaber Almarzooqi, Deputy Director of Guidance Department at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization.

As a result of the meeting, participants agreed to make this seminar a regular event in order to further strengthen cooperation between the state structures of Dubai in the field of labor and representatives of Russian business.
