Low density mid-rise villas project centered around a golf course in Dubai’s Mohammed bin Rashid City is deservedly named the Street of Dreams. And first villa owners in this residential community by Emaar will see their dream come true as soon as in a few months, the developer has revealed.
Street of Dreams cluster in Dubai Hills, which, in turn, is part of a larger urban formation Mohammed bin Rashid City in Dubai, will first see the completion of the largest villas located in the heart of the 18-hole golf course, Yasser Nabil, a senior director of development for Emaar has confirmed.
As previously reported by imexre.com, the whole Dubai Hills development with a total area of 11 million square meters will include more than 26,000 housing units and over 143,000 square meters of retail space in several malls. To date, four of the 18 holes are already laid, and residential buildings will be handed over in batches, so that the owners of 97 second phase villas could move in their homes by the end of the year.
Dubai Hills development will be divided into three zones. The northern part along Al Khail Road will house two shopping centers and the bigger part of all mid-rise buildings with 22,000 apartments. Residential property here will be grouped around a 7-kilometer long boulevard with shops and cafes. The second part of the project, which is planned to be completed this year, will include low-density living area around the golf course with 97 shell and core units and plots for 300 villas in Fairways and Parkways residential communities. Most of the apartments, villas and plots had already been sold, imexre.com has found out, which indicates a high level of investor interest in this project.
Finally, the third project zone will include family townhouses and villas in Maple and Sidra clusters. Residential units in these communities had already been launched for sale with infrastructure construction far under way.
